It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walton Keith Hurst of White Lake, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on October 28, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Newton Hurst, Drucilla James, Bill Hurst and Charlotte Hurst; and his spouse Nardine "Dee".
He is survived by: his children, Kelly Killewald, Scott Hurst, Ronna Kern (David), Debra Denomme (Christopher) and Stacie Hurst-Boyd (Joel); his grandchildren, Dustin Killewald (Jaimie), Joshua Killewald (Amber), Jordan Killewald (Meghan), Devin Kern (Asia Finnel), Dylan Denomme (Alyssa), Dakota Denomme, Delany Denomme, Darla Wentworth (Billy) and Everhett Boyd; and his great grandchildren, Kinley, Blair, Rose, Caleb, Noah, Caylee, Liam, Declan, Silas, Basil, Landon and Baylen.
Memorial contribution's in Walt's memory may be made to the Leukemia Foundation, the Michigan Animal Rescue League, or Almost Home Animal Rescue League.
