He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Nancy; his children, Debra Casselbury (late James), Steven Hoyt (Angie) and Sandra Ratliff (Doug); his grandchildren, Matthew Hoyt (Alexis), Gregory Ratliff (Renee), Jennifer Hoyt, Kyle Ratliff and Alex Hoyt; and his sibling Pat Cook.
