He is survived by: his children, Brandon Culbertson (Amanda), Storm Culbertson, Blade Culbertson and Brittney Stevens; his grandson Caleb Jacob Reese-Culbertson; his siblings, Scotty Culbertson and Donna Culbertson; his niece Lexi Donis (Cameron); and his aunts and uncles, Brenda Worley (Don), Char Tucker (Ron), Charles Culbertson, Tom Culbertson and Jack Culbertson.
