He was predeceased by : his parents, Homer Goodreau and Grace Goodreau (Gallano); his siblings, Charles, Donald, Laura (SR Grace Albert), Lillian Destrampe, Robert, Rosemary Patiernno, Homer, Virginia Bosworth, Dolores Little, Bernice, Gale and Delmer; and his parents-in-law, Herbert and RoseMary Shulstad.

He is survived by : his wife Pauline Shulstad; his children, Peter (Cyndi) of Baraga, Michelle Edge of South Carolina, Dale (Michelle) of L'Anse, Sherri of Baraga, Tom (Lauri) of L'Anse and Sheila Osterman (Dean) of Baraga; his grandchildren, Amber (Bobby), Tyler (Alex), Carsyn, Jaden, Reide, Cage, Amanda (Peter), Serena (Tyler), Daryl, Ailee, Ashton, Derek, Jacob, Christopher (Anna), Jonah, Zachary of Cailyn, PJ and Justin; his brother Carl (Joan) of Dearborn Heights, MI; and his sister-in-law Eva Goodreau of Greenland. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
