He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Carson and Pauline Carson (Miel); his wife Vida E. Carson; his siblings, Donna Hein, Mary Bernhardt, Ruth McClellan, Bessie Bernhardt, Leo Johnson, Melvin Johnson, Harvey Carson and Pat Carson; and his granddaughter Jennifer Langlois.
He is survived by: his children, Richard Felber (Ellen), Cheryl Hite, Carrol Sparks (Dave) and Sandy Simmons (Greg); his grandchildren, Allen Hite, Shelly Modrow, Hollie Felber, Patrick Hite, Bryan Felber, Jody Villerot, Stephen Ruud, Joshuya Simmons and Samantha Wilson; and his brother Paul. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews.
