He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Kreke and Marguerite Kreke. He is survived by: his wife Chris; his brother John (late Vicky); his children, Matthew (Michelle), William (Danielle) and Kate (Chris King); his granddaughters, Hazel and Poppy; his daughter Kelsey (Brandon Dutton); his granddaughters, Abbey and Penny; and his daughter Morgan Merrill.
