He is survived by : his wife Marcela Welch (Evelyn); his sons, William Welch (Janet), Richard Welch and Andrew Welch; his grandchildren, Chloe, Myles, Axell, Cadence and Mayden (Peewee); and his siblings, Don Welch (Maria) and Betty Welch.
