She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil McNeil and Dorothy McNeil; her children, Laurie and Wayne Walter Dausey Jr.; her husband Wayne Walter Dausey Sr.; and her granddaughter Sara Denise O'Toole.
She is survived by: her daughters, Denise Dausey (Jeff Worman), Debbie Dausey and Kelly Dausey (Paul Kuipers); her grandchildren, Michael O'Toole (Danielle), Matt Etterman, Joe Etterman (Jamie), Erin Koning, Sam Kuipers (Aubrey) and Jane Kuipers; her great grandchildren, Hannah O'Toole, Kale O'Toole, Drew Etterman, Emily Etterman, Harper Koning and Connor O'Toole; and her pet Charlie. She is also survived by friends, neighbors.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to White Lake Community Library, honoring her lifelong commitment to education and empowerment.
