He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Slocum and Carmen Slocum; his former wives, Judi Landis and Judi Slocum; his sister Joni Slocum; his parents-in-law, Roy and Grace Stiller; his siblings-in-law, Paula Slocum, Claudia Lynn, Rhonda Beckley and Wayne "Buck" Stiller; and his great-nephew Zachary Moser.
He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, John Slocum (Jessica), Jamie and Joni McCollum (Jason); his grandchildren, Rachel Juhasz (Balazs), Anna Slocum and Alex Slocum; and his siblings, Steve Slocum, Deb Verwey (Don) and Paul Slocum (Kathy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
