She was predeceased by : her parents, Leon George Fredericks and Mary Ann Fredericks (Duncan); her nephew Bruce Hager; and her niece Denise Scheaffer. She is survived by : her sons, Zackarey Fredericks-Wilson and Corey Grammer (Ashlyn); her siblings, Lou Ann Creach, George Fredericks (Jolene), Terry Scheaffer and Cara Evans (Brian); and her cousins, Ali Hager, Andrew Hager, Aric Stewart, Chelsey Poniatowski (Carter), Josie Fredericks, Jimmy Fredericks, April Stewart (Jesse), Dylon Hager (Theresa) and Teresa McKay (Gregory).
