She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Fresby and Mary Fresby (Gabriel); and her husband Alan Garvey. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Emig (David), Gina Bulson (Greg) and Matt Garvey (Karen); her grandchildren, David Emig (Allison), Derek Emig, Lindsay Mixter (Phil), Greg Bulson Jr. (Katrina Belinger), Kate Egeler (Rick), Nick Bulson (Tricia), Brendan Garvey, Kaitlin Garvey, Kara Garvey and Angie Montalvo (John); and her sisters, Sandy Kroll and Mitzi Shmidt. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation or to the Bellwether Harbor Animal Shelter.
