He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Forrester and Gertrude Forrester (Bruff); his daughter Pam Forrester; and his brother Bill Forrester. He is survived by: his daughters, Elaine Martin, Cheryl Heckman (Dale) and Denise Lankton (Kevin); and the fathers of child, Tim Martin (Vicki) and David Stalter (Kim). He is also survived by many grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
