He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Armstrong and Nellie Armstrong (Swider). He is survived by: his wife Susan Armstrong; his children, David Armstrong and Heather Williams (Bill); his grandchildren, Samantha Armstrong, Michael Armstrong, Kyle Armstrong and Ashley Williams; and his great grandchildren, Manson Cranford and Angel Williams.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Little Victors Wagon Program at C.S. Mott Children's Hospital.
