He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Wesley and Thelma Dow (Swanson); his wife Dorothy Lucille Twining; his daughter-in-law Karen Dow; and his siblings, Mary Lou, Irene and Darrel.
He is survived by: his children, Wesley Warren Dow, Pamela Jean Carr (Terry) and Deborah Iwanusa (Chuck); his sister Betty Lou Hutchinson; and his grandchildren, Scott (Shanda), Leslie, Amy, Jerremey (Rachel) and Nathan (Jessica). He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
