He was predeceased by: his father Dale Dixon; and his sister Paula Wykes. He is survived by: his close friend Rhonda Swaenepoel; his mother Marilyn Hill; his sisters, Rita Pelot and Debbie Clay (Andy); his stepsiblings, Tina Hileman (Todd), Diana Cook and Gary Hill (Jacquie); Alicia Walker and Ashley Sturdivant. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In honor of Jake's love for animals, in lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Ingham County Animal Shelter in his memory.
