He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Hewitt Ham and Moneita Odessa Ham (Kidney); and his siblings, Jim and Asenath. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Bishop; his children, Mark Ham (Andrea), Martha Barrington (John) and Sarah Musson; his grandsons, Joshua Barrington (Carissa), Hunter Barrington (Arianne), Austin Barrington, Trevor Musson and Liam Musson; and his brother Hugo Ham (Leona). He is also survived by five great-granddaughters.
