He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Klausing and Anna Klausing (Sinkovitz) of Howell, Michigan.; his wife Diane; and his siblings, Mary Ann Klausing, Janice Klanecky (Klausing), Phyllis Brophy (Klausing) and Leonard Klausing.
He is survived by: his friend Mary Rubus; his daughter Melissa Klausing; his grandchildren, Ben and Allianna Torres; his cousin Carol Regnier (Bruce Copp); and his sibling's children, Darryl Klausing (Jamie Ann), Laureen Nelson (Chris), Jamie E. Klausing, Wayne Klausing (Julie), Tricia Headley (Don), Annette Griswold (Don) and Karen DeCaire (Louis).
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, September 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, September 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Agnes Catholic Church (855 E Grand River Ave, Fowlerville, MI 48836). A committal service will be held on Tuesday, September 9th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Agnes Catholic Church, Williamston Senior Center, or Elara Caring Hospice East Lansing.
