Terry Lynn Shaffer Obituary

It is with sadness that the passing of Terry Lynn Shaffer (Williamston, Michigan) is shared. Terry, born on April 3, 1961, passed away on November 19, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Terry will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. Friends and family will honor Terry by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence he had in their lives. Though Terry is no longer present, the bonds he created and the experiences shared will endure. Terry’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew him.

He was predeceased by: his mother Joanne Shaffer. He is survived by: his father Raymond Shaffer; his siblings, Vicki and Rodney; his wife Laura Potter; his children, Raymond Glenn Shaffer (Claire) and Kerry Ann Shaffer; his stepdaughters, Clarissa Potter and Misty Potter; and his brother Roger Shaffer (Ann Marie). He is also survived by his six grandchildren; and three nieces.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Terry's honor to the Dementia Society of America or the Parkinson's Foundation.
