He is survived by: his wife Christine Korpela; his children, Amy Goodnow (Fritz), Anne Van Dyke (Rich), Katherine Shavrnoch (Rick), Susan Lawrence (Michael), John Korpela, Joseph Korpela and Bridget Sears (Jason); and his grandchildren, Christian Goodnow, Morgan Goodnow, Isabelle Shavrnoch, Alaina Shavrnoch, Jacob Van Dyke, Alex Korpela, Ethan Korpela, Ella Van Dyke, Matthew Korpela, Sofia Van Dyke, Kingsley Sears and Ruby Sears.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Bill's name to St. Martha's Catholic Church or Crossbridge Hospice.
