Christopher McCarty Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Christopher McCarty of Willis, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 2, 2026 at the age of 53. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Edwards and Susan McCarty. He is survived by: his wife Brooke Morawski; his son Darren Faircloth (Chloe); his granddaughter Sandra Marie of Milan; his children, Melody Watkins of Milan and Carissa McCarty of Milan; his sisters, Kari Woodcock (Woody) of Clayton, Corine Campbell of Toledo and Katie Burnette (Raymond) of Philadelphia; his aunts, Roxie Osburn, Jeane Sears, Vickie Jedele (Mark) and Nancy McCarty; and his uncle Gary McCarty (Dee). He is also survived by six nieces, three nephews, six great-nieces and nephews, and several cousins.
