He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Frey and Katherine Frey (Bryce). He is survived by: his wife Deborah Fuqua-Frey; his children, Erin Frey, Megan Frey, Alanna Frey and Brian Frey (Sara); his stepchildren, Anna Fuqua-Smith and Ashley Fuqua-Smith; his grandchildren, Aedan, Quinn, Mason, Hazel and Henry; and his siblings, William Frey (Eileen) and Kathy Mozurkewich (Nick). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
