He is survived by: his wife Mary L. Philemon (Wandahsega) of Wilson; his children, Wanda Meshigaud, Henry Philemon II (Denelle) and Scott Philemon; his grandchildren, Riley Litchard, D. J. Seymour, Mason Philemon, Griffin Philemon (Amara), Ellie Philemon and Ezequiel Philemon; his great grandchildren, Esmerelda Litchard and Evelyn Philemon; his brothers, Alan "Barney" Philemon (Gloria) and Leon Philemon; and his daughter Brenda Rangle. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Hannahville Indian Community Center (N14911 Hannahville B-1 Rd, Wilson, MI 49896). The military honors was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
