He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis C. Sarah and Gilbrethe Sarah. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Elizabeth Russell; his daughter Elise Russell; his stepchildren, Kurt Smith, Steven Smith (Nicole) and Leah Smith (Steven Veillette); his grandchildren, Caden and Gwendolyn Smith; and his brother Daniel Russell (Heather).

Memorials to Michigan Veteran Homes in Chesterfield Township, attention Charitable Support Fund appreciated.
