He is survived by: his girlfriend Dawn Stepek; his daughter Kayla Chappell; his granddaughter Evelynn Chappell; his mother Paulette Gibson; his siblings, Evan Gibson and Amy Gula (Kevin); his nieces and nephews, Savanna, Alyssa, Jordan, Kadince, Bailey and Zoey; his stepsons, Kevin Stepek (Erin) and Steven Stepek (Samantha); and his stepgrandchildren, Kylie and Tanner Stepek.
