He is survived by: his wife Paula; his children, Robert Pelcher, Jr. (Lisa) and Arla Heckman (Cal); his stepchildren, Julie Fessler (Steve) and Craig Lilley (Tracy); his grandchildren, Kayla Lehner (Chad), Calvin Heckman (Natalie), Matthew Blankenship (Shannon Prieur), Rachel Mason (Erik), Mitchell Lilley (Victoria), Kyle Lilley (Maddie), Colin Lilley and Ryan Fessler (Arati); and his great grandchildren, Chase, Tucker, Luca, Levi and Riyan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
