He is survived by: his wife Lavonna Nash (Bonnie); his children, Allen Nash (Kelly) and Carol Cardinal (Carl); his grandchildren, Denise Cardinal (Mitch) and Cody Cardinal (Bekka); his great grandchildren, Aurora and Odin Fischer; his sisters, Marleah Muzyl, Shirley Ashley (Herb) and Nancy Detzler; and his sister-in-law Shirley Ashley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
