Collins; her children, Jennifer Heiss (Eric) and Jeremiah Collins (Rachel); her grandchildren, Anna, Ben, Greta, Charles and Joseph; and her siblings, Mary Ann Lane and Edward Lepien (Carolyn). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
