He is survived by: his wife Deborah Ann Morrison; his children, Jason La Roche (Kesha), Jarrod La Roche, Jordan La Roche (Kaley) and Nick La Roche (Corinna); his grandchildren, Madisyn La Roche, Gage La Roche, Dominik La Roche, Deakon La Roche and Daxton La Roche; and his sister Christine Mitchell.
In his younger years, Phillip enjoyed hunting, fishing, and camping until Parkinson's disease forced him to slow down.
