He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold A. Maxwell and Wanda C. Pifer (Maxwell); and his grandson Isaiah Michael Fuller. He is survived by: his wife Vicky Fuller; his daughter Andrea Thorpe (Jason); his grandson Morris Fuller (Alliah Tomcsik); his siblings, Craig Maxwell (Lorrie), Deborah Zweng-Dulyea (Brian Dulyea) and Michelle Maxwell; and his siblings-in-law, Donald Fuller (Kyra), Cindy Hillman (Thomas), Sandy King (Jeffery) and Carol Lyn Young (Eric Kivel). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
