He was predeceased by: his parents, Thaddeus Slubowski and Helen Slubowski. He is survived by: his sister Adele Gravlin (Ernie); his wife Linda Slubowski; his children, Erik Slubowski of Wyandotte and Brooke Bonham (Christopher) of Grosse Ile; and his grandchildren, Ava Bonham and Justin Slubowski.
Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Hospice of Michigan in his memory.
