He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Stacy and Cleo Hammock Stacy; his wife Linda Sue Stacy; and his siblings, Harold Stacy, Jimmy Stacy, Gary Stacy, Irene Hammock, Rose Hammock and Georgia Crane.

He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Marie Sawicki of New Boston, Cynthia Lorriane Kuderik of Brownstown and Carrie Leann Abner of Gainesboro, Tennessee; his siblings, Cappy Phillips, Brenda Clark and Mike Stacy; his grandchildren, Joshua Kyle Kuderik, Courtney Paige Stacy, John Tyler Sawicki, Nickolas Tanner Sawicki, Alexis Nicole Sawicki, Gavin Lloyd Abner and Cecily Justine Sawicki; and his great grandchildren, Cady Alexandria Stacy, Nathaniel David Kuderik, Gracie Mae Sawicki, Dakota Issac Vanbuskirk, Gianna Lynn Sawicki and Hunter Loyld Abner.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home, Inc. (2131 S Grundy Quarles Hwy, Gainesboro, TN 38562). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
