He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Antoni, Janina Jermacz, Stanislaw and Regina Bazydlo; and his uncle Jerzy Bazydlo.
He is survived by : his parents, Zdzisław Jermacz and Krystyna Jermacz. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews, aunts, and uncles.
