He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Bieszczak and Erin Bieszczak; and his brother Joseph Bieszczak. He is survived by: his siblings, Brian Bieszczak (Bridget Green), Michael Bieszczak, Victoria Bieszczak and Karen Bieszczak; and his siblings' children, Jacob Salaz and Ezra Salaz-Bieszczak.
