She was predeceased by: her husband Keith; and her son Don. She is survived by: her children, Clayton Smith (Elizabeth) and Jane Ackerman (Wes); her grandchildren, Amber Smith, Dan Chittenden, Rianne Chittenden, Jordan Smith, Collin Smith and Jessalyn Smith; her siblings, Frank DeGraff (Rhaelene) and Barb Woods; and her son Joe Locklear (Chantel). She is also survived by other relatives and dear friends.
