She is survived by: her children, Kim Siebelink (Mike) and Will Dukes (Kelly); her grandchildren, John Siebelink (Alexis), Drew Siebelink (Kate), Cy Siebelink (Brooke) and Tristan Dukes; her great grandchildren, Haedyn, Cole, Kenway, Reid and Roewyn; and her pet Scooby.
Memorial contributions in honor of Ann may be made to Paralyzed Veterans of America.
