She was predeceased by: her husband John Hertel; and her siblings, Thomas Noffsinger and Linda Shurmack. She is survived by: her children, Susan Hertel, Joan E Hertel, Jeffrey and Theresa Hertel; her grandchildren, Andrew, Rachel Glynn, Alexander Hertel and Jack Hertel; her brother Lee (Lori Noffsinger); her sisters-in-law, Merilyn Evans, Sandra Colyer and Linda Mcclanahand; Anne. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Faith Hospice or to Pound Buddies Animal Shelter (3279 E Laketon Ave, Muskegon, MI 49442).
