He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Chivis and Maxine Chivis; and his brother Fred Chivis Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer; and his siblings, Linda Chivis, Gary, Jeanne Chivis, Dennis Chivis, Diane Heibel and Yvonne Chivis. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, friends.
