We are sad to announce that, on June 11, 2023, at the age of 96, Constance Yvonne Formsma of Wyoming, Michigan, born in Grand Rapids, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Don Hartman and Hazel Hartman; her siblings, Peggy Cooper, Beverly Taylor and Don Hartman, Jr.; and her son-in-law Brian McVeigh.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry; her children, Kari Formsma (Larry Hembroff) of Jenison, MI., Hunter Boone of Kalamazoo, MI, Daniel Formsma (Rene) of Sturgis, MI. and Kelly McVeigh of Okemos, MI.; her grandchildren, Jesse Hembroff-Formsma (Stephanie Danner), Emily Meier (Scott), Derek Formsma, Paige Petersen (Will), Nathan Hembroff (Dana), RJ McVeigh (Brianna) and Luke McVeigh (Emily); and her sister-in-law Carolyn Formsma. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.
