He is survived by : his fiancée Sara A Maddox; his mother Naola Jean Daoudi (Ayers); his children, Ethan Levanduski, Izaak Ludema, Cheyenne Berry and Cailynne Atwood; and his siblings, Dawn Brecken, Rhonda Oles, James R., Walter L. and Aletha Levanduski (Muffy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
