He is survived by: his wife Linda; his grandchildren, Joseph, Crista Evenhouse, Michael, Terrie Evenhouse and Elizabeth Evenhouse; his brothers, Ron (Ruth Evenhouse) and Tom (Pam Evenhouse); and also, Barb, Bruce Risselada, Sue, Ron Wolters, Mike and Cindy Smith. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
