With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Vander Vliet of Wyoming, Michigan, who passed away on March 30, 2026 at the age of 36. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Gordon Vander Vliet; his grandparents, Wayne Vander Vliet, Wilson and Sharon Karsten; and his close friend Joshua Ross.
He is survived by: his mother Michelle Vander Vliet-Kelly (Roger Kelly); his siblings, Ryan Vander Vliet and Lynnae Nutkins (Sam); his niece Daisy; his grandmother Lorraine Vander Vliet; his aunts and uncles, Mark Vander Vliet (Karen), Greg Karsten (Jeanie), Kim Kochavi (Darren), David Karsten (Elizabeth), Nicole Polaske (Mike) and Kristin Duncan (Brent); his friend Alma Ross; Joshua Ross and Grace Ross. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
