She was predeceased by: her parents, Burr Billings and Dorothy Billings. She is survived by: her husband Fred Bisard; her children, Eric Bisard (Kristen), Todd Bisard and Patti Perez (Juan); her grandchildren, Kassie Bisard, Mary Bisard, Anissa Bisard, Jackson Bisard, Braylon Bisard, Sierra Perez (Sam Jenner), Natalie Perez, RyLeigh Perez, Giovanni Perez and Evie Perez; her niece Cynthia Billings; her siblings, Patti Billings and Roger Billings (Kathie); and her siblings-in-law, Shirley Merkle, Geraldine Davis, Ed Osga and Joe Nuffesse. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and very dear friends.
