He is survived by: his son Thomas Chase (Ericka); his grandchildren, Kathleen Crawford (Daniel), Taylor Little (Kyle) and Merissa Valenzuela (Joseph); and his siblings, David Chase (Mary), Judy Dornbush (Al) and Jean Bessey (Jack). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
