He was predeceased by: his mother Janice; and his brother Daniel Miedema. He is survived by: his wife Tammy; his children, Samantha Samuels (Mike) and Justin Miedema (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Presley, Isla, Stevie, Corbin and Eli; his father Donald Miedema; and his siblings, Scott Miedema and Debra Rottschafer.
