He is survived by: his wife Gail Persenaire; his children, Steve Persenaire (Debbie) and Karen Foote (Rick); and his sisters, Eleanor Cooper and Joan Fransen (Herm). He is also survived by six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers and in memory of Fred, contributions may be made to Wyoming Park Bible Fellowship Church Mission Fund.
