He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia. He is survived by: his children, Linda Bryan (Gord), Shanon Sharp and Ben Beckon (Lisa); his grandchildren, Curt Bryan (Ashley), Katie Ribant (Marcus), Carly Kraima (Michael), Alli Sharp (Brandon Wiersma), Stephanie Beckon (Karina) and Alan Beckon; and his brother George Beckon (Maree). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Stroo Funeral Home (1095 68th St SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49508). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Gordon's memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
