He is survived by: his wife Pam; his daughters, Tammie Clark (Mark) and Audrey Chulski; his stepchildren, Amanda Ulczynski (Mike), Cory Wilson, Heather Carlson (Chad), Amber Wilson and Trevor Wilson; and his siblings, Shirley Clark and Bud Clark (Suzie). He is also survived by Grandchildren and six Great Grandchildren.
