He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherwood Louis Keller and Beverly Ann Keller. He is survived by: his wife Sheryl; his children, Brent and Brittany; his brother Terry; and his siblings-in-law, Debbie, Dennis Cline, Chris, Sharon Babler, Eric Babler (Roxana), Jeff, Nancy Babler, Ann and Ed Portillo. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Jack's honor may be made to Messiah Lutheran Church or the International Myeloma Foundation.
