He is survived by: his wife Ruth Marie Gorsky; his daughters, Lisa Roskiewicz (Stephen) and Mary McKenney (Michael); his stepchildren, Greg, Stacey Raad, Laura, Todd Hufford, Michelle and Tim Doctor; his grandchildren, Matthew Swart, Elisabeth Swart, Andrew Moon, Kelly McKenney and Colin McKenney; and his siblings, Emilie Thees (Jerry), Cynthia Thrall (James) and Mark Gorsky (Nadine).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in memory of John be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN, 38105, or The American Heart Association.
