He is survived by: his stepdaughter Carla McClenathan (Joe Raines); his grandsons, Jonah and Asa; his siblings, Carl Bushman (Kathi), Diane Scullion (Tim), Laura Bushman, Paul Bushman, Christopher Bushman (Katy), Leo Bushman (Jamie), Mary Thomasma (Dale) and Matt Bushman (Danielle Tullier); his siblings-in-law, Judy McClure, Jean Oosterheert (Mark) and Jack Voss; his niece Rochelle; his goddaughters, Eddie, Stephanie Bushman, Dana Bushman and MaeBelle Bushman; his great-niece Mya Brant; his nephews, Charles Bushman, Jesse Brant, Kyle Scullion, Joshua Brant, Adam Crawford, Kevin Thomasma and Thomas Bushman; his godsons, Colin, Nickolas Bushman, John Bushman, Michael Bushman and Matthew Bushman Jr.; his great-nephew Lalo Diaz; his grandchildren, Devon, Aleigha and Kamarea; his great grandchildren, Dazanie and Keoni; his pet Sparky; Trisha M. Belbot.
